RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We offer free returns & exchanges for all orders! Our return policy lasts 60 days, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You'll also need proof of purchase in the form of your order number or the name/email associated with your order.
To start a return, please contact us at support@wellpreserve.com with a photo or video. Once your return request is processed, we'll send you instructions on how and where to return your package.
RETURN SHIPPING
Once our team reviews your return request, we will provide you with a return label — so you don't have to pay for shipping. Simply pack the product in its original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off at your local carrier.
IMPORTANT: Please do not send your purchase back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior contact may be subject to a $20.00 USD handling fee.
PLEASE NOTE: Items sold in multi-packs or bulk quantities must be returned in full. Partial quantities will not be accepted (e.g., 10 bags from a 30-bag pack).
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately (within 30 days) if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.
REFUNDS
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank to post the refund.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Need to cancel? Please contact us within one hour of placing your order. After this window, orders enter processing and can no longer be cancelled — but you may return the item after receiving it.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
WellPreserve is not liable for incorrect shipping information submitted by a customer. Please contact us within one hour if you need to correct your address.
